HELFFE was founded by Dr. Rajaa and Dr. Marouane, both Ph.D.s in Business Sciences from the University of Montpellier (France). HELFFE is the fruit of their 10 years of experience as professors in prestigious international institutions such as Montpellier Business School or University of Wollongong in Dubai, combined with their professional experiences in large international companies such as DELL EMC or the EDF Group
They have been responsible for courses across a wide range of topics, including Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Business Fundamentals, Strategic Management, International Marketing, Business Communication, Innovative Luxury Management, and many more.
They have received multiple awards for teaching excellence and innovation, recognizing their tireless dedication to developing effective teaching and learning strategies, conducting innovative practical research, and creating actionable, impactful solutions. Their focus remains on transforming complexity into simplicity, never the inverse.
